Abstract The purpose of this study is to show how a mother grown in a remarriage family after bereavement identified her own problems and changed herself in the process of raising her own child. A child is grown in a remarriage family after death of a spouse, may not be able to show enough mourning to the death of his/her biological parent and may experience difficulties in accepting step-parent. This problem may have impact on nurturing their children after they grow up. The attitude to parent¡¯s death, accepting a step-parent, and internalizing this ¡®triadic relationship¡¯ as symbolic representation could have positive impact on closing psychological distance in human relations, especially with their offsprings and family.
